Our last day and then to drive home. We worked on a machine stitched cut back applique and watched some really inspirational slides of costumes and church vestments. Back to regular blogging tomorrow.

This is a really nice pattern. will you take out the large white basting stiches or will they become part of the stitch?

Thanks Ann – The white basting stitches are removed as you work. You have to have something to hold all the layers together.
